Nelida Mendoza

Nelida Mendoza, born in Asuncion, Paraguay, graduated in drawing and sculpture in 1983 from the Academy of Fine Arts in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In 1993, she completed her diploma at the Academy of Fine Arts in Carrara, specializing in sculpture. Enthusiastic about this expressive language, she embarked on a teaching career at the Academy of Palermo and Carrara from 1996 to 2001. More recently, she has been a sculpture professor at the Academy of Reggio Calabria.
